Youth Parliament

The objective of Youth Parliament is to Is strengthen the roots of democracy, inculcate healthy habits of discipline, tolerance of the view of others and to enable the student community to know about the parliamentary system of government functioning.

The Vidyalaya organizes a Youth Parliament to encourage students to understand the democratic process and develop leadership and public speaking skills. In this event, students take on the roles of parliamentarians, engage in debates, and discuss key national issues, simulating a real parliamentary session. The Youth Parliament enhances students’ knowledge of governance, policy-making, and the importance of civic responsibility. It also fosters critical thinking, effective communication, and teamwork, while promoting a sense of discipline and awareness about the functioning of the democratic system.
